ASE [Associated Senior Executives] is a volunteer board of retired executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and/or business owners.
Our mission is to mentor and advise entrepreneurial executives, business owners, and professionals, helping them to operate successful businesses and achieve profitability. By counselling these individuals, given our extensive combined experience, we have helped many clients. The association has been in operation since 1963.
We are actively recruiting new board members. We are looking for a successful businessperson who has had a significant career in managing, owning and/or operating a business or profession. Digital and accounting/financial backgrounds are assets.
We pride ourselves on imparting our best knowledge and experience from years of being in a business environment with a successful career in our business and/or profession. Our clients have been from all areas of the business and professional service and any industry where the entrepreneur wants the advice from other smart, experienced and successful entrepreneurs
We meet twice a week, virtually; each meeting lasting 1.5 hours. We meet with one client per meeting and have a minimum of 3-4 board members [out of our 8+ board members] at each meeting. Our clients return time after time, and some have standing monthly meetings as well. For a particular client, we match the most aligned member for that client’s needs, though generally all members are of great help to any individual. We like to limit our member attendees to about 4-5 per meeting which means not all board members attend all meetings.
We have helped clients over the years, increase their profitability, create better working environments and have helped many businesses through the selling of their business process.
