Shady Pines is a beautiful mobile home park tucked into the forest on the edge of Chalk River. The park is home to retirees, CNL workers and Petawawa army base workers. Shady Pines provides a quiet and private space to live with large lots and nature trails on site. All park residents own their units.
We are seeking a skilled and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Shady Pines Mobile Home Park. Responsibilities include managing vendors, using property management software to input payments and invoices, attending to tenant relations, coordinating maintenance needs and general park upkeep. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The Property Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our residents while ensuring efficient management of park resources. They will also serve as back up water tester for the park and will be provided with (and must complete) all necessary training.
The property manager will need access to a phone to access park calls and a computer for email and other property management needs. This position is remote, but the successful candidate will be required to check on the park every week or two.
